  immagineJasna Nadles graduated with honours at the Ljubljana Academy of Music in 1996. She continued her studies at the Salzburg Mozarteum, in the class of professor Irena Grafenaer and at the Conservatoire de Paris with professor Gilles Burgos. She is currently perfecting her skills on the transverse flute with Stefano Bet. She is a founding member of the baroque ensemble „Il Terzo Suono", whose artistic director is bassoonist Sergio Azzolini. She cooperates with the Deutsche Kammerakademie in Neuss as a guest flautist. She teaches the flute at the Ljubljana Music and Ballet High School, and since 2002 she is the artistic director of the Tartini Festival in Piran. In various chamber ensembles she has worked with many noted musicians, such as Sergio Azzolini, Christophe Coin, Giuliano Carmignola, Vladimir Mendelssohn, Frederic Lagarde, Giovanni Angeleri, Lavard Skou Larsen and others. As a soloist with the RTV Slovenia symphonic orchestra she recorded several flute and orchestral concerts (Mozart, Jolivet, Kantušer). In 1998 she received a honorary medal at the international flautist competition Maria Canals in Barcelona. She was invited to teach master classes at the Kerry School of Music in Ireland, during the local chamber music festival, and at the Camp Styria in Austria. As a soloist and chamber musician, she has performed in Austria, France, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Spain, Marocco, Denmark, Ireland, Hungary and Croatia. In 2000 she worked with Jeanne Baxtresser at the Juilliard School of Music in New York.
